King's Christian Preschool

General Policies

 

Eligibility – Children enrolling in King’s Christian Preschool are between ages 2 through 5.

 

Hours of Operations –

The center is open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday. To maintain a quality experience for all children, 10 hours per day maximum per child is encouraged. For more details on this policy, please speak to the Center Director at time of enrollment.

Child’s Health History

*Physician's Report and immunization record

Personal Rights

Parent's Rights 

Parent Handbook/admissions Agreement

Consent for Medical Treatment 

Emergency Information

Photo Permission Form

 

Each of these forms must be completed and re-

turned on or before your child's first day. Please read the handbook thoroughly so you have a clear understanding of our policies & procedures.
